The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidental for the Gateway Monument installation, new SCE power supply, landscape and irrigation improvements, and other work as shown on the bid documents. The project is located at various locations The Project: The overall project is construction of new improvements at the existing landscape median within the Caltrans Right of Way. The Work under the Contract includes removal of existing trees, clear and grub, new SCE electrical service and panel, site grading and drainage, new monument signage, electrical supply and lighting, rock cobble, retaining wall, decomposed granite and stone, landscape and irrigation. As indicated on the Drawings and in the Specifications, the Work includes: 1. Gateway Monument development shall include but not be limited to: a. Protect-in-place existing structures and trees as noted on plans b. Demolition operations c. Rough Grading, site protection, traffic control and Erosion Control d. Finish grading and drainage e. Installation of wet and dry utilities f. Lighting g. Planting and irrigation h. 90-day maintenance Estimated cost for Base Bid Schedule is in the range of $1,500,000.00.
