There is also a renovation scope within the existing builidng of approximately 628 ft2. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com Work Description The Contractor shall complete, at minimum, the following work: Construction of an approximately 24 x 51, two-level, wood-frame building addition containing: Four (4) washrooms Gear cleaning room Compressor room Turnout gear room Lounge area Workout area Renovation and creation of a kitchen area within the existing building, including cupboards, sink, countertops, and stove suitable for cooking. Renovation of two (2) existing bathrooms, including removal of one shower, wall repairs, painting, and installation of new flooring. Construction of an approximately 4 x 5.5 janitors storage closet.
