The scope of work involves the HVAC replacement at Village East Elementary, 315 Lafayette Woods, Houma, Louisiana 70363, for the Terrebonne Parish School Board. All work must be completed within 270 calendar days from the written Notice to Proceed, subject to milestone phase completion deadlines identified in the Project Manual or approved Change Orders. Bids shall be accepted only from contractors licensed for the classification of mechanical work.
