The Mercer County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for flood disaster recovery involving repairs or new construction for an elementary school in Spanishburg, WV, with the potential of coordinating with FEMA. Qualified firms are invited to contact the Purchasing Director to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements. Statement of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on February 27, 2026 at the Administrative Office of Mercer County Schools at 1403 Honaker Ave. Princeton, WV 24740. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all statements from architectural or engineering firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Mercer County Schools in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
