No definite date for award The work includes removing and replacing sidewalk and aprons, raising settled sections of concrete sidewalks and aprons by mud jacking to the correct grade, removing and replacing marked sections of concrete curb and gutter, replacing catch basin aprons, and reconstructing curb ramps. Bidders are required to submit a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond upon award. The improvements are to be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the Office of the City Engineer. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
