Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of extending the roadway approximately 445 feet to connect the two existing sections of Charlesgate Road. The work includes the installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter, water main, and sanitary sewer. Bidders must submit a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond upon award of the bid. The improvement is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the Office of the Engineering Division. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should it be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
