Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

This work includes the following sections: Streets Reconstruction and Reclamite Surfacing. Bidders shall submit a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond upon award of the bid. The improvements are to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the Office of the City Engineer. There is no charge for the bid package and it can be emailed when requested by the contractor. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
