Any Inquiries Regarding This Bid Should Be Directed To The City Of Huber Heights Engineering Division At (937) 237- 5811 Or At heisentraut@hhoh.org This project consists of: constructing a new lift station to replace the existing Brandt Pike and Walmart Lift stations. The new lift station will include onsite generator, submersible pumps, wet well, valve vault, back up pump, weatherproof control panel, SCADA controls system, electrical, new force main to connect to the existing 10" force main. Bidders shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either: a. A bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond upon award of the bid. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
