Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available from Remington & Vernick Engineers, with arrangements for payment and distribution as indicated. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided, enclosed in sealed envelopes displaying the bidder's name and address and referencing the specific work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) and not exceeding $20,000.00 of the bid amount, along with a certificate letter from a surety company guaranteeing provision of a completion bond. Awards are contingent upon provision of necessary funds by the Borough and obtaining required permits.
