Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY Sealed bids are invited for the Proposed Sanitary Sewer in Richey Avenue in the Borough of Collingswood, Camden County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available from Remington & Vernick Engineers, with arrangements for payment and distribution as indicated. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided, enclosed in sealed envelopes displaying the bidder's name and address and referencing the specific work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) and not exceeding $20,000.00 of the bid amount, along with a certificate letter from a surety company guaranteeing provision of a completion bond. Awards are contingent upon provision of necessary funds by the Borough and obtaining required permits. Compliance with Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, stockholder disclosure, and business registration requirements is mandatory for bidders and any subcontractors. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. No interpretations of the meaning of the drawings, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the final date fixed for receiving bids.
