Renovation of a recreation facility in Cascade, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following scope of work in both the mens and women's bathroom changing areas. Southern Valley County Recreation District (SVCRD) operates a public recreation facility located at 333 Kellys Parkway, Cascade, Idaho 83611. The facility includes men's and women's bathroom changing areas with aging shower stalls and associated plumbing systems. The objective of this RFP is to solicit qualified contractors to remove existing shower stall assemblies (14), rework and modernize plumbing infrastructure, and install durable, moldresistant shower surround systems to improve longevity, hygiene, and ease of maintenance. Reference images of the existing shower and partition conditions will be provided by the District to illustrate current construction and desired upgrade outcomes. This project includes renovation and upgrades to existing shower facilities.
