Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spokane Valley, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of providing material testing during the construction phase of the 32nd Avenue Preservation project. Services include subgrade and base rock compaction testing and material verification sampling, concrete time of placement, mix design verification and compression testing, asphalt compaction and mix compliance testing, and material specific tests as required by the Record of Materials and WSDOT construction manual. The contract will be approximately one year in duration with the option to extend, and will use the WSDOT A&E Professional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate Consultant Agreement. The project is federally funded and requires compliance with DMCS reporting. There is a 0% Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) goal for the consultant work. Diversity, ADA, and Title VI compliance are required. Submittals must include the firm name and main phone number; names and emails for Principal in-Charge and Project Manager; disciplines provided by the firm and total number of employees within Washington State. Similar information must be provided for subconsultants. A Business Statement form is required for the prime consultant and each subconsultant. Cost proposals must be submitted in a concealed format, separate from the Statement of Qualification, as they will not be considered in the evaluation phase. Anticipated Award Date: March 23, 2026
