Renovation of a municipal facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The specifications for this bid are a new TPO roof at 122 E. Eufaula (the Annex Building) and the Cell Holding Transfer Building across the street. The project will include removing and disposing of the old TPO roof, roof caps, penetrations and underlayment/isoboard, curbing and replacing with new. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Business Relationship Affidavit are part of the bid requirements. Bidding requirements and documents may be obtained at the County Purchasing Department, 201 S. Jones, Suite 240, Norman, Oklahoma. It is mandatory to attend the pre-bid meeting to be held at 122 E. Eufaula, Norman, OK. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be eligible to bid. A Bid Bond (Surety Bond) or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price, made payable to Cleveland County, must accompany your bid. All necessary affidavits and bonds must accompany bids. The awarded contractor must sign and return a contract within ten days, along with certifications of Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance in reasonable amounts, prior to any work being started. The bidder may forfeit the Bid Bond if the required contract and bonds are not submitted on time. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted.
