Paving and renovation of a golf course in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The scope of work includes full replacement of the asphalt pavement parking lot and driveway at the Springbrook Golf Course maintenance building for a complete project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids for the project will be accepted at the Naperville Park District Administration Building until 10:00 am, March 3, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents may be obtained upon request by email. All questions regarding the project or bidding requirements must be submitted in writing. A bid bond is not required. If a bid is accepted, a Surety Bond for not less than 100% of the contract amount is required prior to beginning construction. Contractors must file a written substance abuse prevention program with the Owner before work begins. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible bids, to reject all bids, and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Mike Piszynski in writing to mpiszynski@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only through February 26, 2026
