Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Electronic bids are requested for the 2026 Mechanical Work at Naperville North High School, Naperville, Illinois for Naperville Community Unit School District 203. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bidnet.com. Free vendor registration is required for bidding. The work is to be performed in accordance with the proposed Contract Documents prepared by Healy Bender Patton & Been Architects. Bidding documents are provided upon request after the completion of specific forms. Bids will be received for General Contract Work including all trades. All bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting at the school and may tour the work areas after the meeting. Bidders must complete the Bidder Responsibility process as described in the Project Manual and provide the required documents along with their sealed bid. Each bid must include a Bid Guarantee (Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Bank Draft) equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after the bid opening without owner consent. The successful bidder must provide both a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
