Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work includes removals and installation of 2-12-year-old playground structures, playground surfacing, under drainage, landscape restoration, and other miscellaneous work for a complete project as shown in the drawings and specifications. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions, and digital bid documents can be requested by email. A bid bond is not required. If a bid is accepted, a Surety Bond (Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bond) for not less than 100% of the contract amount is required prior to construction. If accepted, the contractor must also file a written substance abuse prevention program with the owner before commencing work.
