Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Stewart Manor, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
Milling and resurfacing of approximately 3000 feet of residential streets. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the VILLAGE OF STEWART MANOR, as assurance that the bid is made in good faith. This project is funded by NYSDOT and is subject to the conditions identified in the Capital Project Agreement between NYSDOT and Village of Stewart Manor. A copy of this agreement is included in the bid documents. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in and to accept such bids which, in its opinion, are in the best interests of the Village. Requests for information (RFI) will only be received in writing or electronically. The deadline for RFI's will be 12:00 pm on Friday, February 20, 2026. Any question or comment received after this time will not be answered. All RFI responses will be issued through a written addendum. Document notes : Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use and coordinate directly with revplans for hardcopies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge to registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda.
