Renovation of an educational facility in Clovis, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Kitchen HVAC Replacement at Various Sites as per drawings and specifications referenced. Contractors bidding on the project must have either a "C-20" or "B" license classification. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, and compliance with labor code and prevailing wage rates is required. Bidders must include with their bids a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent of the base bid amount, made payable to the Owner and issued by an Admitted Surety. Bids must be sealed, marked with bid number 3060, and delivered to the designated address before the specified deadline. No bids will be accepted after the deadline, and facsimile copies will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at the designated address. This bid is not subject to pre-qualification. The lowest bid will be determined by the total of the prime bid on the base contract with all additive/deductive items. The District reserves the right to add or deduct any of the additive or deductive items from the project after the lowest responsible and responsive bidder is determined. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity and to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for a period of sixty days after the date set for opening. All questions must be submitted in writing to tatumtoste@cusd.com on or before February 25, 2026 at 2:00pm (PST).
