Site work for a water / sewer project in Millwood, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to construct approximately 820 lineal feet of 24" diameter watermain in Garland Avenue from Farr Road to Well No. 2 in Spokane County, Washington for Pasadena Park Irrigation District No. 17 as shown on the construction plans and described in the special provisions. Bidders may download plans and bid documents at no cost from Simpson Engineers Plan Room and are strongly encouraged to add themselves to the Bidders List to receive project notifications. Printed documents may be obtained at the bidder's expense from the provided link. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in accordance with the specifications, with irregular bid proposals rejected. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the sum of five percent of the Total Project Bid must accompany the bid. The successful bidder must execute the contract within ten calendar days after receiving the contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the stated time, or the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the owner. Minority and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The owner is using WSDOT's 2024 Standard Specifications and special provisions provided in the bid package.
