Site work for a civil project in Union Gap, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves the construction of the Regional Beltway Area Utilities Extension - Sewer Lift Station (Re-Bid) for the City of Union Gap. Construction of partially completed lift station and force main including installation of wet well insert, re-installation of submersible pumps and associated appurtenances within existing wet well, 165 LF trenchless steel casing, approximately 318 LF forcemain, 350 LF of spare HDPE, electrical controls, illumination, fencing, and related improvements. This contract has thirty (30) working days to complete the work. Instructions to bidders include: Each bid must be accompanied by a bond or certified check payable to the Treasurer of the City of Union Gap for not less than 5% of the bid amount. Bids must be in writing, on the forms provided, sealed, and filed with the Clerk by the specified day and hour. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities or irregularities. Minimum salaries and wages as stipulated in the contract documents must be adhered to, and no discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin is permitted. Bidders are encouraged to register as planholders on the designated website to receive addenda notifications. All questions should be directed to Jacob R.
