The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking quotes for Hot Mix Asphalt products (HMA) Class 3/8 in.& 1/2 in Asphalt with no recycled pavement material (RPM) added, under the authority of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.26. The term of this contract will be in the Asotin & Garfield Counties areas, Sept 11, 2025 until Dec 31, 2025. (As weather and funding allows) WSDOT estimates 500 tons of HMA product, actual quantity may be less than or greater that the estimated quantity. WSDOT reserves the right to modify dates and times. The valued is estimated to be $150,000 or less. Because it is estimated to be $150,000 or less, the agency intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bid from a Washington State small business (as defined in RCW 39.26.010(22)(a), diverse or veteran-owned business, unless none of these businesses are responsible and responsive to this solicitation. WSDOT reserves the right to modify dates and times. Any changes will be sent electronically as amendments to all users of Washington's Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) who downloaded this RFQ.
