Furnish and deliver materials specified for paving, striping, shoulder rehabilitation, and partial reconstruction of LaPorte County roads, specifically Johnson Road from US 35 to CR 400N. Submit sealed bids with a financial statement, statement of experience, proposed plan for performing the work, and a list of available equipment, all using prescribed State Board of Accounts forms. Include a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Surety Bond equal to 10% of the contract price. No bid deviating from the specifications will be accepted. The bidder must affirm being an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Board of Commissioners may reject any or all bids or accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the county, and may choose to re-advertise and rebid.
