Renovation of a water / sewer project in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
If indicated, bid submission shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the City of Atlantic City. Bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail PRIOR to bid opening the original to the City of Atlantic City, Purchasing Department, 1301 Bacharach Blvd, Suite 310, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
