Site work and paving for a civil project in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
For a construction project consisting of replacing a culvert under Abinoojiyag Road. Project will consist of grading, drainage, aggregate base, culvert replacement, and bituminous surfacing as identified in Attached Bid Packet. Contractors will be required to provide the following insurances: Bid Bond of 20% of bid price submitted with bid Payment Bond of 50% of contract Performance Bond of 100% of contract. The Bad River Tribe's purchase/contracts shall be made in accordance with the subcontractor's provisions of the P.L. 93-638 contract. Davis Bacon Wage Rate will apply to this project.
