Sealed proposals are requested for the Wastewater and Water 2026 Roof Replacement Project for the City of Niles Utilities Department. The work involves roof replacements at both the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Water Filtration Plant. Proposals must be marked appropriately and submitted to the Office of the Clerk at City Hall. All bidders must submit a certified check or bidder's bond of at least five percent (5%) of the proposal amount. Bidders are required to sign a Certificate of Compliance confirming adherence to all Federal and State non-discrimination laws and regulations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous.
