Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Robling Architecture Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for School District of Palm Beach County, is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not previously prequalified with our firm. The project scope of work includes selective demolition, asphalt milling, new asphalt, concrete removals, new concrete, resilient flooring, interior painting, acoustical ceiling tiles, fire alarm, electrical lights, parking lot signage, power washing, toilet accessories and minor plumbing and electrical modifications to existing systems.
