Sealed bids must be sent to the Finance Department-Bid, Courthouse Suite 203, 801 East Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN 37643, Attention: Bid Item (List Item to be bid on). Carter County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, negotiate after bid submission, and waive any informalities. No oral, phone, or faxed bids are allowed. Late bids are not accepted. Bids should be signed by an authorized representative and include the title of the authorized representative.
