Site work for a mixed-use development in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway.
Site and paving improvements to include the renovation of four playground areas, including the removal and replacement of existing equipment and ground cover; crack repair, resealing, or milling and resurfacing of select areas of parking lots and spaces, walking trails, athletic courts, and sections of roads throughout EHDA neighborhoods; restriping of parking spaces; select replacement of park benches, community signage, and fencing; and select improvements to existing damaged walking surfaces or surfaces prone to ponding. Bids are invited for a General Contract for this work. Examine documents at the Designer's office or plan rooms and obtain documents from the Designer as per instructions. Bidders bidding $25,000 or more must be licensed per state law. Five percent (5%) bid security may be required. Prevailing wage law applies to contracts of $50,000 or more. Non-Discrimination policy applies. Plan deposit is $150 per set, refundable with return, or $25 non-refundable for a CD of the construction documents. Shipment may be arranged for a $25 non-refundable fee.
