Carter County, Tennessee is accepting bids for White Rock Road Improvement. All bids must be submitted in writing and meet all specifications by the stated deadline at the Carter County Finance Office. Bids must be sealed and mailed to the Finance Department at the provided address, including attention to the specific bid item. No oral, phone, or faxed bids are allowed. Late bids are not accepted. Bids should be signed by an authorized representative, and must include the title of the authorized representative. Carter County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, negotiate after bids are received, and waive any informalities. The county does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, or age under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Project includes the following Work: Improvements to U.S. Forest Service roads to allow for the passage of equipment for the construction of a radio tower and shelter at the White Rocks Tower Site in Carter County. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 05:00 PM Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
