As of April 16, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project includes approximately 3,465 linear feet of 8-inch watermain and appurtenances along Clay Street. Bidders are required to submit with their bid the "Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity" and the "Noncollusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder." A Bid Bond is required for this project. Each bidder, including subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex, or national origin. Bids may be held by the City for up to thirty days from the date of opening for review and to investigate the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer, Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
