Renovation of a mixed-use development in Upper Saucon Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited on a lump sum basis for both the Southern Lehigh Middle School Fire Alarm Replacement and the Liberty Bell Elementary School Fire Alarm Replacement in the contract category: Contract No. 1 Electrical Construction. Bidding documents in PDF format are available from the Architect at a nonrefundable cost. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of an approved Surety Company, drawn in favor of Southern Lehigh School District. The construction work is a public works project subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
