Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Remove the original dishwasher and install new with renovations to the warewash room, kitchen area and storage alcove. Bidders must submit electronic bids by the deadline. Bidding documents are available online, and it is the responsibility of bidders to obtain them and all addenda. Each bid must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Surety Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bidders must also electronically submit first-tier subcontractor information either with the bid or within two working hours after the deadline, and mail or hand-deliver original bonds or checks within three days of the bid deadline. Bidders must be properly registered or licensed, as required. For bids of $100,000 or more, a public works bond must be filed before starting work. Bids must state residency status and agreement to comply with prevailing wage rate laws. The contractor must also certify nondiscrimination in obtaining subcontractors. The School District reserves the right to reject bids or waive informalities.
