Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Eugene, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.
City of Eugene is accepting sealed Proposals for Goodpasture Island Road Bridge Seismic retrofits. This contract is to provide engineering services through permitting, final design, and construction bidding. The purpose of the overall project is to perform bridge seismic retrofits to the Goodpasture Island Road over Delta Highway Bridge. A Type, Size & Location report (TS&L), dated May 2020, was prepared for the City under the federally funded Seismic Bridges (Eugene) project. This current project is to implement the seismic retrofit recommendations from the TS&L report for this structure. This contract is to provide engineering services through permitting, final design, and construction bidding. Technical support during construction may be added to the contract by amendment if acceptable to both parties. The final Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) package for the Work is due by June 25, 2027.
