In general, this project involves the repair and replacement of a damaged wooden glulam beam at the entry canopy, repairing the wooden tongue-and-groove (T&G) soffit as needed, and repairing and replacing elements of the rooftop trench drain and adjacent roof assembly at the existing terminal building above the escalators. Other improvements include sanding, staining, and sealing of wooden elements. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk will be held at the Eugene Airport Terminal Building Mezzanine.
