Project: 2026 Safe Routes to School: Prairie Mountain School Crossing. The scope of work includes the following: - 3 minor adjustments of manholes - 1 concrete inlet top & lid, Type 4A - 5,033 SY cold plane pavement removal, 2" deep - 990 TN Level 2, 1/2 inch ACP mixture - 58 SY 5 inch asphalt concrete pavement repair, driveway landing - 188 SF concrete islands - 45 FT concrete curbs, curb and gutter - 945 SF concrete driveways, 7 inches thick - 168 SF concrete walks, ramps, 4 inches thick - 978 SF concrete walks, 4 inches thick - 1 LS thermoplastic, extruded, surface, non-profiled - 139 SF pavement bar, Type B-HS - 6 perforated steel square tube anchor sign supports - 60 SF signs, standard sheeting, sheet aluminum - 1 LS illumination, complete - 1 LS flashing beacon installation, complete - 7 loop detector installation - 4 remove and replace junction box Construction start date will be after the last day of the school year and all work must be completed by August 21, 2026 per Special Provision 00180.50(h). Instructions to bidders include: - Bids must be submitted electronically on OregonBuys by the specified bid closing time. - Plans and specifications may be obtained online from the OregonBuys website. - The Agency may issue Addenda by publishing them on the OregonBuys website. No additional notification will be provided. - A bid guaranty is not required. - Filing a qualification questionnaire before bidding is not required. - Contingent or conditional bids will not be considered. - Bidders must submit a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form within two working hours of bid closing. - Bids must include a statement that the provisions of applicable Oregon Revised Statutes are met and that the bidder will comply with all applicable laws. - The City may reject any bid not in compliance with public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject or waive any specification or requirement as deemed in the public interest. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
