Construction of a Connection to the Euclid Creek Tunnel / Dugway Storage Tunnel (Ect/Dst) System in the Control Structure Easterly Plant (Cep) Area of the Project, Which Includes a Deep Excavation Baffle Drop Shaft Structure and Tunnel Adit to Connect to and Convey Flow to the Existing Ect Adit Stub; a Gate and Screening Structure and Conveyance Conduit to Direct Flow From the Diversion Structure, and Appurtenant Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls to Provide Complete and Operational Systems.
