The City of Eagle Pass, Texas, through its Engineering Department, invites qualified professional firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Architectural and Landscape Architectural Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a list of qualified firms capable of providing professional architectural and landscape architectural services on an as-needed basis for various City projects. Services may include, but are not limited to, planning, design, construction documents, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction administration, and related professional services. Firms responding to this RFQ must demonstrate the qualifications, experience, and capacity necessary to perform professional services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the standards and requirements of the City of Eagle Pass. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
