Sealed bids are being solicited for the Plymouth High School Gymnasium Renovation for the Plymouth Community School Corporation. All bidding and construction must adhere to construction documents prepared by Barton-Coe-Vilamaa, Architect and Engineers, Inc. Bidders must file a certified check or Bid Bond for not less than five percent of their maximum bid. Successful bidders must provide an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond to ensure faithful contract performance and payment of all obligations, as well as a Maintenance Bond effective for twelve months from substantial completion. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, provided the bid is reasonable and in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-12. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be opened and will be returned unopened to the original bidder.
