As of May 21, 2026, the project was awarded to CMS Roofing, Inc but the awarded amount is not available. The work consists of a comprehensive roof restoration for designated sections of Plymouth High School at 1 Big Red Dr., including but not limited to removal and legal disposal of existing wet insulation and failed membranes, surface preparation and repair of structural decking as required, installation of a high-performance fluid-applied reinforced restoration system, and all associated flashing, coping, and drainage improvements to ensure a 20-year watertight warranty. Notice is given that sealed bids will be received for the Roof Restoration Project at Plymouth High School. Bids must be received by 12PM local time on the specified deadline at the Administration Office, addressed as instructed. Bids received late will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Administration Office immediately following the deadline. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walkthrough will be held at the main entrance of Plymouth High School, and attendance is required for all prime contractors intending to submit a bid. Digital or printed copies of the Bidding Documents, Specifications, and Drawings may be obtained from the specified engineering office or contact. Bidders must submit State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 (Revised 2026), including the financial statement and experience questionnaire. A bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each proposal. All bidders must be prequalified by the Indiana Public Works Certification Board for projects exceeding $300,000. A signed certificate of an employee drug testing program must be included. Contractors must comply with all applicable state and federal laws regarding labor and non-discrimination, and certify that background checks have been completed for all employees working on the job site. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that best serves the interests of the School Corporation.
