Plymouth, IN 46563 Plymouth High School #1 Big Red Drive Plymouth, IN 46563 Sealed bids are invited for the Menominee Elementary School & Washington Discovery Academy Chiller Replacements and Plymouth High School Electrical Upgrades. Bidding and construction must adhere to the construction documents prepared by Barton-Coe-Vilamaa, Architect and Engineers, Inc. Bids must include a certified check or Bid Bond for at least five percent (5%) of the maximum bid. Successful bidders are required to provide approved Performance Bonds, Labor and Materials Payment Bonds for the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations, and a Maintenance Bond, all remaining effective for twelve months from substantial completion of the work.
