The Palmyra R-1 School District (District ) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to complete a comprehensive LED lighting upgrade across multiple District facilities . The purpose of this project is to improve energyefficiency , lighting quality , and long -term maintenance savings through the installation of modern LED lighting systems .
