Washington East-Washington Joint Authority (WEWJA) is requesting bids for the 2025/2026 Sewer Rehabilitation Project Contract No. 2026-01. The work includes the cleaning and Cured-In Place Pipe Lining of approximately 12,750 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe. The project has an expected duration of 150 days. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. The requirements for bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are in the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors must pay prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry, and employees must not be discriminated against based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Contractors must comply with the Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. All steel products used or supplied must be made in the United States. The owner reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received.
