Description

Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for an 18-Hole Mini Golf Course Design-Build at Mingo Creek County Park. All submissions must include one unbound original and two copies, and must be delivered to the Office of the County Controller at 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, PA 15301. Proposals must be in the required format and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and specifications. Proposers should be prepared to provide a proposal with their professional recommendation. All proposals are subject to the right of the Washington County Commissioners to reject any or all proposals. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and checking for contract changes and addenda from the Washington County website. Written requests for clarifications must be emailed to the designated County contacts, and responses will be posted as addenda on the County website. Inquiries by phone or orally are not accepted.
