Renovation of a multi-residential development in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Bids are requested for the Century Plaza Apartments Improvements (Common Area Painting) project. Bid documents are available electronically at no charge or as hard copies for a fee. Only documents obtained from the Redevelopment Authority will be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount. Contractors must comply with minimum wage, salary requirements, and non-discrimination standards outlined in the contract documents. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days for review and qualification. Contractors must be able to start work within 30 days of contract execution and complete all work within 60 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
