Site work for a parking garage in El Prado, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
The work involves improvements to the Taos Regional Airport, specifically the rehabilitation of the parking lot. Bidders must supply all required information in the proposal forms and specifications and bid on all items of every schedule. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company or a certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid, made payable to the Town of Taos. The Town of Taos reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty days from the opening thereof. The proposed contract is subject to Civil Rights Title VI Assurance and applicable minimum wage rates established by the Secretary of Labor and State of New Mexico.
