Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond, Bid Bond, or a certified/cashier's check for 10% of the bid amount as a guarantee. Proposals will only be opened from plan holders who have obtained plans and specifications directly from the City of Brecksville Purchasing Office. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, accept bids it deems most favorable, disregard nonconforming or incomplete bids, and conduct investigations to establish qualifications, responsibility, and financial ability to complete the work as specified.
