Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for the demolition of an existing home and reconstruction of a new, 3BR/2BTH 1200 square foot single story home per the attached plans (See Attachment G) The County intends to award this solicitation based on the total sum of the subsection prices listed in the Work Write-Up - Price Sheets (see Attachment F). Please ensure that the grand total is entered at the end of the price sheet packet. Prime contractor will be a State of Florida Licensed General, Building or Residential Contractor.
