Roadway maintenance involving base preparation and replacement of the pavement from Overland Road to Century Way, and mill and inlay from Century Way to Victory Road. Includes soft spot repairs at the sub-base when applicable. The project also includes upgrading all pedestrian ramps to be ADA-compliant and traffic signal improvements. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $2,000 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project.
