Bid Package BP#7 – Secondary Capacity Expansion Package 2 includes the following: Concrete, Metals, Rough Carpentry, Roof Hatches and Specialties, Thermal and Moisture Protection, HM Doors, Frames and Hardware, Steel Rolling Overhead Doors, High Performance Industrial Coatings, Mechanical, Process and HVAC, Electrical and I&C, and Earthwork and Sitework. Bid Bonds are required: a bid bond in the form of a surety bond, cashier’s check, or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid must be attached to bids in excess of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). The bid bond shall be payable to Hoffman Construction Company of America. The bond may be emailed or uploaded with the bid, provided the original is delivered no later than the next business day. Failure to provide a bid bond with the bid shall render the bid non-responsive.
