Site work for a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to rehabilitate the existing dry-well/wet well lift station into a 250gpm submersible duplex lift station in accordance with all plans and details in the project specifications. Work includes but is not limited to: demolition and removal of existing above and below grade structures; installation of an oversized manhole structure, valve vault, and associated access hatches; installation of two (2) submersible lift station pumps, meter and mechanical piping; installation of electrical shelter and panels; and landscaping and other related work. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements.
